Photography is her life long passion from which she derives pure genuine joy while also expressing herself. Today, her photographs are focused mainly on dramatic shots of natural objects particularly flowers. Her love of color and natural beauty along with her creative eye and passion have made her art known for its graphic style, detail, unique perspective and striking use of color.

Artists Statement: "For as long as I can remember, photography has always been a dear passion of mine. Since I was a little girl I remember never leaving home without my camera (a Kodak 110, which I thought was very cool at the time, but I have now moved on to much more technologically advanced equipment.) At such a young age I understood the fact that all of life's moment's, whether big or small, only occur at that very moment and that exact moment will never occur again. Therefore, I felt that I had to capture these moments in time so that I would always remember them and have them to look back on. No matter where I was, I always found pictures I wanted to take. Whether shooting pictures of family, animals, friends or nature, I always did it with a sincere passion. I wanted to capture everything, from life's biggest moments as well as the beautiful simple moments life has to offer us everyday. I am also a very empathic and compassionate person who feels the need to help others less fortunate such as the homeless. I also help the animals as they are a huge passion of mine and I can not bear to see them suffer, they are innocent. Through donating some of my photography to particular organizations I have been able to help both the homeless and animals in need to have a better life."

As she grew, her love for photography grew. She developed a deeper passion for capturing the genuine beauty, life and colors of nature, animals and even objects. Amongst her favorite subjects to photograph are flowers and animals. She loves lots of color and is intrigued with the effects that colors have on the way we feel and the way color influences our moods. Regarding the effect of photography on her inner-self, she states "Looking at colorful, pretty, artistically taken photographs of nature or beautiful objects gives me a good, happy feeling inside. When I view these types of photographs, I feel a sense of calm, youth and a peaceful happiness in my soul. I cherish the feeling of making others feel good by means of viewing my photography. Through my art, I feel connected to the world around me and find a sense of purpose for my life. I share these feelings visually through my photography so that you may enjoy special moments of peace, happiness and quiet reflection within your soul.”

Enjoy!
